Mysterious Asia biker expedition, which began on October 2, ended on November 4. But right now a dot — the flag of Russia, which accompanied Yuri Volkov and Yuri Gonchar along the way, was transferred to the museum of the Moscow School of Olympic Reserve & # 8470; & nbsp; 1.

At meeting future Olympians, Yuri Volkov spoke about a long exciting journey through the countries of Central Asia. Its participants traveled 11,000 kilometers on motorcycles through Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. They met and had friendly rides with local bikers united in motorcycle communities.

Volkov and  Gonchar carried icons with them, donated by the famous traveler Fyodor Konyukhov, who had taken the priesthood. These icons were transferred to the Orthodox churches of the countries through which the expedition passed.

Along with the spiritual mission, the expedition also had state-level goals - strengthening good neighborly relations between Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union, supporting compatriots abroad, and also popularizing motorcycle tourism and  ;healthy lifestyle, because both Yuri Volkov and Gonchar are a member of the Night Wolves motorcycle club.
Yuri Volkov is a traveler with great experience. He has more than 60 expeditions, and not only biker expeditions. He also was in the role of a navigator - sailed across six seas with the Sinelnikov brothers on the Rusich boat.
