Named the best football player of Uzbekistan in 2019



The striker of the Russian football club "Rostov" Eldor Shomurodov was recognized as the winner.

Eldor Shomurodov overtook Odil Akhmedov, the captain of the Uzbekistan national team and former Anji Makhachkala player.
For the 24-year-old football player, this award was the first in the career of the Rostov forward. Shomurodov has been playing for the club since 2017.
This season, the striker took part in 19 matches of the Russian Premier League, scored 10 goals and provided 5 assists.
Shomurodov played 13 matches for the national team of Uzbekistan and scored 13 goals. We add that the striker was nominated for the title of the best football player in Asia 2019.
