Kyrgyzstan and Russia will develop a plan for cooperation in the field of culture for 2023.


Russia and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to prepare a plan of cooperation in the field of culture for 2023 as part of strengthening bilateral ties. This was reported to TASS on Monday in the Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan following a meeting in Bishkek between the head of the department Altynbek Maksutov and Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Osintsev. "During the meeting of Maksutov and Osintsev held at the Historical Museum of the Kyrgyz Republic, an agreement was reached on the development of an action plan in the field of culture for 2023," the representative of the department said.

According to her, in order to implement the planned plans, it was decided to create a working group, as well as in the near future to hold Days of Russian Culture in Kyrgyzstan and Days of Kyrgyz Cinema in Russia. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Culture and Spiritual Development of Yakutia Yuri Kupriyanov.

Osintsev and Kupriyanov arrived in Bishkek to participate in the official closing ceremony of the cross year of Russia in Kyrgyzstan and Kyrgyzstan in Russia. The program of the event from the Russian side includes performances by the choir. Pyatnitsky, Yakut National Dance Theater and the State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble of Adygea "Nalmes". In total, 140 people from Russia arrived in Bishkek to participate in the gala concert.
