Kazakhstani chess player Bibisara Assaubayeva became the winner of the Women's World Blitz Championship. Competitions are held in Warsaw.
The 17-year-old representative of Kazakhstan scored 14 points. The second and third places were taken by the Russians Alexandra Kosteniuk (12.5 points) and Valentina Gunina (12), respectively.
The World Blitz Championship in Warsaw will end on 30 December. Earlier, a Russian woman won the world rapid championship a>Alexandra Kostenyuk and the representative of Uzbekistan Nodirbek Abdusattorov. Initially, the tournaments were supposed to be held in Nur-Sultan, but were postponed due to epidemiological restrictions.
