In the course of a stubborn struggle, the officer of the Russian Guard lost to the Norwegian Johannes Klebo only 0.87 seconds. The top three was closed by the Frenchman Richard Jouvet.

In the overall standings of the World Cup, Sergey Ustyugov came second with a score of 255 points, displacing his teammate in the team of senior lieutenant Alexander Bolshunov (245 points).

Tomorrow, December 12, as part of the third stage of the Cup, individual races for men and women will be held at 15 and 10 km, respectively.
