Within two years, 20 schools will be built in Ingushetia under the national project

The new schools will be designed for more than 11,000 student places, said the head of the region, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov.

Ingush authorities will build 20 schools in the region between 2022 and 2024. New educational institutions will be built as part of the implementation of the national project "Education", said at a meeting chaired by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov in Magas, the head of the region Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov.
< br> "Until the end of 2021, in accordance with the agreements concluded between the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the government of the republic, we plan to commission 15 schools with a total design capacity of 10,355 places and 9 kindergartens for 1,950 places. Also in Ingushetia as part of the national project "Education" in the period from 2022 to 2024, it is planned to build 20 educational institutions for 11,268 student places," said Mahmud-AliKalimatov.

According to him, in 2021, as part of the implementation of the regional projects "Modern School" and "Employment Promotion" of the national project "Education" and federal target programs, 6 schools for 3,850 student places were opened.

"It is important to take into account that the annual increase students is at least 3 thousand thousand children, respectively, in order to ensure 100% accessibility of general education and the transition to a one-shift mode of education, taking into account the facilities already under construction and planned for construction in the region until 2024, it is necessary to build an additional 20 schools for 12,620 places by 2025. The construction of these educational institutions will reduce the workload of teachers, as well as improve the quality of teaching general education," the head of the region added.

The Education national project is aimed at ensuring the global competitiveness of Russian education. According to the goals of the national project, Russia should enter the number of the top ten countries in the world in terms of the quality of general education.
