Vladimir Putin instructed to organize the vaccination of foreign migrants

Russian President Vladimir Putin is waiting until June 30 for a report on providing the country with opportunities for paid vaccinations against coronavirus for foreigners, and by July 15 - on organizing vaccination for labor migrants. 


Relevant instructions of the head of state following the results of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

"To prevent a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), to ensure the possibility of vaccination on a reimbursable basis for foreign citizens and stateless persons located on the territory of the Russian Federation, providing at the same time, compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements,” reads one of the instructions to the government, on which the head of state expects a report by June 30. "having determined the sources of funding for the relevant activities."

Speaking at the SPIEF plenary meeting on June 4, Putin said that Russia would create all the necessary conditions so that foreign citizens could be vaccinated against the coronavirus on its territory.
