A business forum of the Moscow government was held in Manila



A forum for business representatives was held in the capital of the Philippines.
Members of the Moscow government on Tuesday held in Manila Business Forum for business representatives of the Philippines. As the correspondent of TASS was convinced, the event was attended by about 150 local entrepreneurs.

"Moscow is unique. Due to the fact that this is the largest metropolis with centuries—old traditions, we are developing all sectors of the economy — from packaging and selling food to high-tech industries and the most powerful digital programs," Platonov stressed. "The Philippine authorities are also showing interest, we see how the Moscow delegation is being received here at the highest level."
Daniel Hugo Santos, a member of the Philippine-Russian Business Assembly, confirmed his interest in cooperation with Moscow in an interview with TASS correspondent. "The forum has become a very good opportunity for the Philippines. We can cooperate on a number of issues, and our authorities are able to learn a lot from the Moscow government in various areas, including transport and healthcare," Santos said.
