A new temperature record has been set in Blagoveshchensk

The air in the city warmed up to 31 degrees.
The Amur Center for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring on Saturday recorded a temperature record of 31 degrees Celsius in Blagoveshchensk, which broke the figures of 18 years ago, according to the Telegram channel of the center.
"On September 10, meteorologists recorded a temperature of +31 degrees in Blagoveshchensk, which means that a new temperature record has taken place. <...> The previous record of the day on September 10 was recorded in 2004, when the air warmed up to +27.1 degrees," the report says.
As specified in the message, the radical warming is caused by an intense south-westerly outflow in the front of the cyclone (in the front of the cyclone, the weather is determined by the properties of a warm front). According to forecasters, in a day the temperature will drop to the climatic norm.
The last time a 30-degree heat wave was observed in Blagoveshchensk in September seven years ago - on September 15-16, 2015, the temperature rose to 30.5-32 degrees.
