The World Paramusical Festival will be held in the Kaluga Region

For the International Day of the Disabled, which is held annually on December 3, according to a good tradition, a number of cities in Russia host the World Paramusical Festival.


The festival is organized by the Musical Quarter Cultural Foundation. The main goal of the festival is to identify the most talented children and young people with disabilities, to promote the integration of people with disabilities into the creative life of society.

The festival is designed to unite people with different physical abilities through creativity.

This year, with the support of the Government of the Kaluga Region, the festival is held for the second time in Kaluga.

Thanks to the common efforts - the support of the authorities , the contribution of sponsors and philanthropists, media coverage over the years of development, the project has attracted not only public attention, but also steadily growing interest from participants from Russia and many other countries.

With the support of the Government of the Kaluga Region, the concert will take place on December 04, 2017 at 18.30 at the Kaluga Regional Drama Theatre.

This year, Khabarovsk, Perm, Krasnodar, Kaluga, Sverdlovsk, Samara , Rostov, Tyumen, Ivanovo, Ulyanovsk, Moscow region, the Republic of Dagestan, Tatarstan, the cities of St. Petersburg and Moscow.

The audience will be treated to a program composed of 20 specially prepared numbers, some of which will be performed by artists with disabilities from the Kaluga region. The performances of the festival participants are accompanied by the Provincial Brass Band conducted by Sergei Orlov.

The paramusical project will give all participants and spectators an amazing opportunity to plunge into the atmosphere of music, creativity, kindness and joy.
