The first five "covid-free" establishments opened in Yakutia

The first "coronavirus-free" establishments appeared in Yakutia.


The Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has published a list of the first five “coronavirus-free” establishments that will accept and serve only those vaccinated against COVID-19, and also those with negative tests for  covid. This was reported on Friday on the website of the ministry.


From 1 July, the decree of the head of Yakutia on creation of safe conditions for citizens when carrying out the activities of individual organizations and individual entrepreneurs during the period of the high-alert regime on the territory of the Republic of Sakha ( Yakutia). The decree applies to restaurants, cafes, canteens, buffets, bars, eateries, banquet halls, fitness clubs and other similar establishments.


“The first five applications from institutions have already been received. The registry will be updated every Tuesday and Friday.       As the ministry clarified, five establishments in Yakutsk have already signed an agreement on inclusion in the register of organizations and individual entrepreneurs operating in in accordance with requirements for safe zones.


Such establishments will be allowed to by a QR code or a negative result of a covid test. At the same time, citizens need to have an identity document with them. Minors will be able to visit some of the mentioned establishments accompanied by adults who present a QR code or a negative coronavirus test. The requirement of vaccination and the presence of a negative test also applies to employees of establishments.
