“I hope that the situation will develop in such a way that in October Thailand will be able to host a regional conference of Russian compatriots,” said Yekaterina Kolmakova, a member of the Regional Coordinating Council of Asian Countries. “In any case, the conference will take place – online or face-to-face.”
