The planes of the Syrian airline will fly from Aleppo to Kuwait City.

The Syrian company Cham Wings Airlines announced on Tuesday the resumption of flights to Kuwait City, the capital of the oil-producing emirate in the Persian Gulf zone, from June 3. As the representative of the air carrier Osama Satiah told the Al-Ikhbariya TV channel, the opening of air traffic between the economic center of Syria Aleppo and Kuwait City in the summer season will contribute to the development of trade, cultural and tourist ties.

"Flights to Kuwait City will be operated twice a week, which will greatly alleviate existing transport problems and allow passengers to continue traveling to Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina, Dammam and Doha," he said. In addition, according to the representative, Syria expects an influx of investment in the industrial zone of Aleppo.

In 2021, Cham Wings Airlines began operating regular flights to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah, the largest cities of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as well as to Karachi, Pakistan.

Cham Wings Airlines was founded in 2007 and is a private airline. Its airliners fly to 14 cities in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and Asia.
