Sergey Cheremin headed the Moscow delegation at the Joint Moscow-Israel Commission on Business Cooperation

The issues of expanding cooperation in the field of rehabilitation of people with disabilities became key issues during the annual meeting of the Joint Moscow-Israel Commission on Business Cooperation.

From May 13 to May 15, Israel was visited by a delegation of the Moscow Government headed by Minister, Head of the Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations Sergei Cheryomin.

During the round tables, the parties exchanged views on the modern model of an effective members of their families, there was a presentation of innovative solutions of Israeli start-up companies in the field of rehabilitation, organization of parking space for the disabled and emergency communications for people with disabilities. Muscovites visited the leading rehabilitation centers in Israel, where they got acquainted with the latest approaches to the rehabilitation of disabled people, "difficult" teenagers and people with disabilities, and the offices of Verint and the Herzliya municipal business accelerator. 

During the visit to Israel Sergei Cheremin met with Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai. The parties positively assessed the results of the implementation of the Cooperation Program between the two cities and agreed to prepare a new document for 2019-2021.

The Mayor of Tel Aviv highly appreciated the joint implementation of the project to improve the skills of medical personnel from Moscow in Israeli clinics, and also supported the initiative of Israeli companies to participate in the creation of the Moscow International Medical Cluster. 

On behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, the Head of the FEMDS extended an invitation to Ron Huldai to take part in the Moscow International Urban Forum and the Moscow International School Olympiad.
