Russians no longer have to take a COVID-19 test to travel to Turkey



Turkey will consider the abolition of PCR tests for Russians.
Turkey may consider canceling PCR tests for Russian tourists when the level of vaccination of the population increases in Russia. This was stated by TASS on Tuesday, Turkish Ambassador to Moscow Mehmet Samsar.
“In the future, when the vaccination rate in Russia increases and the Sputnik V vaccine is used in Turkey, the exemption of Russian tourists when entering Turkey from PCR test can be put on the agenda, , he said.
From 15 April to 1 June Russia restricted passenger flights with Turkey due to a new outbreak of coronavirus , the number of flights has been reduced to two per week on a reciprocal basis.
