The administration of the international airport in the city of Peshawar in northwestern Pakistan has begun using specially trained sniffing dogs to detect coronavirus in arriving passengers. This was announced on Saturday by the Geo TV channel.

According to its data, passengers arriving in Peshawar take a mandatory rapid test for coronavirus. The collected biomaterial is sniffed by a dog. If, after such an “analysis”, she sits down, then the test result is declared positive.

According to the airport administration, four passengers have been detected with the help of dogs so far.
