The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan laid flowers at the "People's Memory" memorial.


The Russian Ambassador to Turkmenistan Alexander Blokhinlaid flowers at the People's Memory memorial in Ashgabat. This was announced on Monday by the press service of the diplomatic mission.


“A wreath-laying ceremony was held at the memorial complex ‘People’s Memory’ in honor of the Victory Day holiday with participation of the Russian Ambassador to Turkmenistan Alexander Blokhin< /b>”, - reads a message on the embassy's Facebook page (banned in RF; owned by Meta Corporation, which is recognized as extremist in RF).


Earlier on Monday, with the participation of representatives of the Russian embassy, the procession of the Immortal Regiment took place on the territory of the joint Russian-Turkmen secondary school named after A. S. Pushkin. It was attended by about 700 students of the school.
