"Today, combat veterans who have fulfilled their duty to protect Russia have come to our university. I appeal first of all to the guys. Each of you should be ready at any moment to stand up for the Motherland, as our guests did today. Listen to the heroes, ask them all the questions you are concerned about!",Marina Aleksandrovna Kovaleva, director of the Center for Vocational Education of the Altai State Agrarian University, opened the meeting.

Evgeny Kuznetsov, a military intelligence officer, told about his combat path, about participation in military operations in the North Caucasus against international terrorists and in a special military operation in Ukraine.

Yevgeny Gubanov, one of the first volunteers in Donbas, told the students about the tasks of the humanitarian mission in Donbas and the work of volunteers in the liberated territories.

The students listened with interest to veterans who had gone through battles, severe injuries and had not lost faith in their strength and the truth for which they fought.
