Chairman of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov believes that the creation of such a center will not require large capital investments.

Kyrgyzstan considers it expedient to create a joint artificial intelligence center within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). This was stated on Friday at the forum "Digital Almaty: Digital Partnership in a new reality" in Alma-Ata by Chairman of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov.

"I propose to combine the efforts of our countries and organize a regional artificial intelligence center, including medical data processing. Why can't we create a single digital service that will help our doctors and citizens analyze medical data more effectively and get the correct diagnosis?" he said.

Zhaparov believes that the creation of such a center will not require large capital investments. Kyrgyzstan is ready to offer an appropriate platform for it. As Akylbek Zhaparov admitted, his speech at this forum was "partially prepared with the help of artificial intelligence." "Technology does not stand still, and we should not lag behind," he is convinced.

The head of the Kyrgyz government is also confident in the need to pay special attention to cryptocurrencies. According to him, Kyrgyz producers are currently very actively using cryptocurrencies for settlements with suppliers of raw materials, including Russian ones. Akylbek Zhaparov believes that digital currencies can become an alternative for existing financial systems, which is a positive factor taking into account global trends. However, their use, the Prime Minister added, could create risks for the financial stability of the country and cause other negative consequences, for example, tax evasion.

The head of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers recalled that in the republic, citizens no longer need to carry paper documents with them, since a digital system has been launched. In addition, the republic is the only one in the region that conducts "biometric elections" with the identification of voters using modern technologies.
