Israel will allow vaccinated tourists to pass under a new scheme

The Israeli Ministry of Health approved the entry scheme for tourists vaccinated with Sputnik V from November 15.


The press service of the Ministry of Health of Israel has published the rules for foreign tourists vaccinated by Sputnik V to enter the country from November 15. "Entry scheme: vaccinated foreign citizens who meet the listed conditions will be allowed into the country. From November 15, 2021, foreigners vaccinated with two Sputnik V vaccines are [admitted] no earlier than 14 days and no later than six months at the time of completion of the trip [in Israel] since the second vaccination; those vaccinated with a booster dose [of "Sputnik V"] who have passed 14 or more days from the moment of vaccination by the time they entered Israel. Foreigners vaccinated with "Sputnik V" will need to receive a positive result of a serological test in Israel ( will have to remain in isolation until a positive result is obtained)," the statement said. In addition, to enter Israel, it is necessary to fill out a passenger declaration and provide a negative PCR test, made no more than 72 hours before departure, the Ministry of Health indicated. Another PCR test must be completed at Ben Gurion Airport along with a serological test, the press service added.
