“According to virologists, the peak of the epidemic in the world has not yet passed, including in our country. In this regard, I have decided to extend the regime of non-working days until the end of the month, that is, until April 30, inclusive,” the Russian leader said.

Speaking about the development of the situation, Putin raised the issue of further actions of the authorities. "Accepting them, we need to understand that the threat remains," the President stressed.

Note that after April 30 this year, five days off from May 1 to May 5 begin, thanks to the Spring and Labor Day. Previously by decree Vladimir Putin, a non-working week with the preservation of salaries was announced from March 30 to April 5.

At the same time, the president did not rule out a reduction in the period of non-working days if the situation with the coronavirus changes for the better.
