Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov arrives in Hanoi

The Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation will sign a cooperation program in Hanoi for the next three years.


The Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov arrived in Hanoi on Tuesday at the invitation of his Vietnamese colleague Le Minh Chi, reports TASS.

This is Krasnov's first working visit to Vietnam. During the meeting with Le Minh Chi, the parties intend to discuss issues of bilateral cooperation, including problems of international information security, countering terrorism, extremism and transnational crime.

In addition, it is planned that the Prosecutors General of the two countries will sign a cooperation program for the next three years, which will define a set of measures in the most important areas of combating crime.

Igor Krasnov will also take part in the wreath-laying ceremony at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
