On the eve On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Deputy Director of the Russian Guard expressed his deepest gratitude to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War for their invaluable contribution to achieving victory over fascism, wished them good health and longevity.

Today, there are 271 veterans of the Great Patriotic War, almost 40 thousands of veterans of internal troops and units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, more than 14 thousand participants in hostilities. Today, the younger generation looks up to these courageous and selfless people.

The Deputy Head of the Russian Guard thanked the relatives and friends of the servicemen and employees of the National Guard troops, who together with them overcome all the hardships of service.
