China will provide financial support to the victims of the COVID outbreak -19 Business

The Central Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Control of the People's Republic of China have decided to financially support businesses and individuals affected by the COVID-19 outbreaks. To this end, the government has developed 23 measures that should ensure the unimpeded circulation of cash flows in the economy and stimulate exports.

In particular, it is proposed to exempt small businesses from paying fees when trading in currency derivatives, and to stabilize the real estate market, it is proposed a personalized approach to solving housing lending issues. The authorities emphasize that banking policy should be individual for each city, while it is necessary to satisfy the reasonable financial needs of developers.

Special attention is paid to supporting logistics companies, as well as truck drivers, taxi drivers, e-commerce operators, whose work is extremely important during the new wave of coronavirus.

Financial institutions should provide loans to the real sector of the economy and increase the volume of refinancing loans for micro and small enterprises, as well as farmers. To support investment in infrastructure, banks are now required to buy local government bonds. In addition, the state decided to reduce the required reserve ratio for deposits for financial institutions by 0.25 percentage points. This will support the development of the real sector of the economy and reduce total financing costs.

China steps up green development under Belt and Road Initiative< br>
China has promised to develop the "green" direction of the One Belt - One Road initiative, as the number of participants in this project continues to grow. In order to actively respond to climate change, the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China issued a guide to promote green activities.

The Luoyang Postal Service delivers fresh peonies throughout the Celestial Empire 

Luoyang - the Chinese homeland of the peony. Millions of flawless flowers are grown in this city in Henan province, which attract buyers from all over the country year after year. But today, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are almost no guests in Luoyang, all orders for fragrant plants come online, and therefore peonies from local nurseries are sent to customers by mail.

“Last year, we sent about 6,000 pots of peonies and a small number of fresh cut flowers . And this year the shipment volume has increased to 13,000 potted peonies and 30,000 fresh cut flowers.”

To keep the peonies fresh and ensure they bloom after delivery to customers, the local postal service has replaced the standard packaging suitable for long-term transportation of delicate plants.

“We have replaced all outer packaging materials with laminated cardboard boxes. Inner packaging takes into account the weight, volume and shape of potted peonies. It is made of a material that preserves 98% of the pions sent over long distances.”

The history of peony cultivation in Luoyang goes back over 1400 years. During this time, the flower has become a symbol of the city. Every year the Peony Festival takes place here, where you can see many varieties of this plant and various folklore performances.

It opened 350 years ago as a small shop selling paper and stationery. Over time, the creative studio gained fame in the country and abroad for the original technology of printing engravings. Experts believe that even modern equipment does not allow achieving such a high level of aesthetics.

Art exhibitions and the purchase of works by famous masters have expanded cultural exchanges and business contacts of the Zhongbaozhai workshop. Over the past few decades, it has become a platform for the promotion of national art. A documentary film by the China Media Corporation was timed to coincide with the anniversary of the art center.

On the occasion of the launch of this project, a solemn ceremony was held in Beijing, which was attended by the CEO of China Media Corporation Shen Haixiong and the chairman of China International Television Corporation Xue Jijun >. They said that the film would show the history of the development of traditional art, raising self-consciousness and strengthening cultural trust.
