From December 1, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) will start operating flights to Vnukovo airport and increase the number of flights to Domodedovo. This was announced on Friday by the press service of the carrier.

“From December 1, the national air carrier Azerbaijan Airlines will begin operating special flights to another Moscow airport, Vnukovo. Starting from this date, the number of flights to Domodedovo Airport is also increasing. Flights to both airports will operate daily. Thus, the total number of flights from Baku to the capital of Russia will be increased to 14 per week,” the report says.

The airline noted that passengers who are allowed to fly under the current epidemiological restrictions will be accepted for flights.

Flights between the two countries were suspended last year amid the coronavirus pandemic and resumed on February 15 this year.
