Artists of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the North Caucasian District of the Russian Guard became winners and prize-winners of the XXIV Open Army Song Festival-Competition “For Faith! For the Motherland! For love!”, which took place in Sochi.
The contestants competed in performing skills in six categories: "Authors-performers", "Performers of songs of professional authors", "Musical Ensembles", "Soloists of song and dance ensembles", "Performers of a Cossack song", "Brass bands".
< br> According to the results of the festival, the winner in the nomination "Authors-performers" was the deputy head of the ensemble of the Russian Guard Roman Yarkovo. In the nomination "Performers of songs of professional authors" there was no equal to the soloist of the ensemble Vladislav Ishchenko. The concertmaster Vyacheslav Fedorenko took second place in the nomination "Soloists of song and dance ensembles", also "silver" the vocal and instrumental group of the creative team was awarded in the nomination "Musical Ensembles".
Previously, the Song and Dance Ensemble of the North Caucasian District of the Russian Guard performed at the opening ceremony of the festival, and also gave concerts for residents and guests of Sochi.
