As part of the educational campaign "Choosing a profession - you choose the future!" a winter mathematical school for teachers and schoolchildren was held in Bishkek.

Classes at the school were conducted by mathematicians from the North Caucasus Center for Mathematical Research, one of the leading regional scientific and educational mathematical centers (NOMC) in Russia. The organizer of the winter mathematical school in the republic was PF "Unity".

There were so many participants that the classes had to be organized and held at 2 sites. In total, more than 100 students of grades 10-11, who wanted to get deeper knowledge of mathematics, were able to become students of the winter school.

Bishkek, Kara Balty, Tokmak, Kant. Classes with teachers were held as part of advanced training courses "Modern technologies in the field of mathematical education" in the amount of 72 hours. The teachers got acquainted with the various methods and forms of teaching mathematics in schools, as well as with the diverse organizational issues that arise when these methods and forms are applied in practice.

Anatoly Alikhanov< /b>: “For successful mastery of mathematical science, it is not enough to learn formulas and rules. It requires an understanding of mathematical logic, knowledge of tools for solving problems, as well as practical experience and analysis of errors. Our main goal is to teach the understanding of mathematics and the application of this understanding in practice. We are very pleased that high school students from Kyrgyzstan are actively interested in mathematics, participate in the work of the winter mathematical school.

I also have an excellent opportunity to prepare for entering a Russian university, gain deeper knowledge in mathematics, learn new mathematical skills, and learn a lot of new things. Many thanks to the organizers for the opportunity to improve my knowledge,” & nbsp; AdelinaTorabaeva, a student of the 11th grade of school No. 9, Bishkek.
