Russian cosmonaut will give Khabarovsk photos from the ISS

Cosmonaut Pyotr Dubrov expects to donate space images to Khabarovsk.


CosmonautPyotr Dubrov, who returned to Earth at the end of April, said in an interview with TASS about plans to donate pictures from space to his native city of Khabarovsk.


According to the  crew of the ISS has a wide choice of things to do in free time. There is a library (both paper and electronic), film library, music. “You can find something for everyone, and, of course, photography of our beloved planet, searching for interesting places. I took pictures of my hometown more than once, both at night and in daytime. I hope I will have the opportunity to donate these photographs to Khabarovsk,” said the cosmonaut.


Soyuz MS-19 descent vehicle with cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov, Petr Dubrov and astronaut Mark Vande Hay landed in the steppe of Kazakhstan on March 30  Dubrov and Vande Hei flew to the ISS on April 9 last year on the Soyuz MS-18 spacecraft together with cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky.
