According to the decision of the local administration, in Adygea, the educational process for students of almost all classes will stop on May 30-31.

The decision to end the current academic year on May 30-31 was made in the Republic of Adygea for students from the first to the eighth grades, as well as for the tenth grade. For obvious reasons, the only exceptions are the ninth and eleventh grades, whose students will have to pass qualification tests and exams. It is curious that for children from the first to the eighth grades, training should be completed immediately after the long May holidays, in the middle of the month. Ninth-graders and graduates will study until June 5-6. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the educational process at the secondary school was suspended on March 20, and students were transferred to distance learning in self-isolation mode. At the end of March, the head of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, approved the normative act "On the introduction of a high alert regime." This subject of the Russian Federation has a relatively low level of coronavirus disease: as of May 8, 154 people were infected, seven died. The information was announced by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic Anzaur Kerashev.
