Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Artemyev, who was also a TASS special correspondent on the ISS, Denis Matveev and Sergey Korsakov were evacuated from the S. P. Korolev (Soyuz MS-21) descent vehicle that landed in the Kazakh steppe on Thursday, TASS correspondent reports from the Mission Control Center.

The descent vehicle of the S. P. Korolev spacecraft landed vertically.

The first to get out of the descent vehicle was the commander of the ship Oleg Artemyev, and then Denis Matveev and Sergei Korsakov. They were met by medics, rescuers and other specialists.

Oleg Artemyev, Denis Matveev and Sergey Korsakov arrived at the ISS on March 18. During this period, six orbit corrections took place, as well as five spacewalks, during which the ERA manipulator was integrated. Denis Matveev performed four extravehicular activities with Oleg Artemyev, and another one was performed by European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti.

During the flight of the crew members, more than 50 experiments of various subjects were conducted: space biology and physiology, space materials science, physics of cosmic rays, development of promising space technologies and others. The astronauts connected a 3D printer and an electric vacuum furnace. All this time Oleg Artemyev also served as a special correspondent for TASS — he transmitted news, photos and videos from orbit.

The crew was named "Bauman" before the launch, because all crew members are graduates of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
