The document was supported in particular South Korea, Hungary, South Africa, Colombia, Israel, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, India, China, Vietnam, Switzerland.

The 19th World Festival of Youth and Students started on October 14 in Moscow, where the international parade-carnival took place, and the main events of the festival are held on October 15-22 in the Sochi Olympic Park. The forum brought together young professionals in various fields aged 18 to 35 from more than 180 countries
