Actually, this is not for the sake of appearances. We felt the mood of the new Afghan leadership to deepen bilateral relations with the Russian Federation,” he said following his visit to Kabul.

On March 24, a Russian delegation led by Zamir Kabulov visited Afghanistan. The parties discussed the whole range of relationships.
