New complexes were built at the Kok-Serek and Ak-Korgon border posts on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border in the Jalal-Abad region. This was reported by the Sputnik agency with reference to the press service of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The complexes include barracks, administrative offices, houses for the families of officers, warehouses, garages, enclosures for service dogs, stables. In addition, parade grounds, places for training in firearms training and sports grounds have been equipped.
Construction and equipment of frontier outpost complexes was carried out within the framework of the Russian-Kyrgyz agreement on the provision of technical assistance as part of the accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the EAEU.
