The Chinese Foreign Minister held telephone talks with the Foreign Ministers of Argentina, Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands
Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang spoke by phone with the Foreign Ministers of Argentina, Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands.
The Chinese diplomat urged his Argentine counterpart Santiago Cafiero to develop intensive cooperation within the framework of the "One Belt— One Road" initiative. Qin Gang also noted that the Celestial Empire supports the early entry of Argentina into the BRICS. In response to these statements, Cafiero promised to firmly adhere to the one-China principle and promote the joint forum of the PRC and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States.

Qin Gang's conversation with Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud focused on strengthening bilateral ties in the fields of trade, energy, infrastructure, investment, finance and high technology. The head of the Chinese Foreign Ministry stressed that it is necessary to expand the strategic partnership of the PRC and the Cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Persian Gulf, as well as to create a free trade zone of this bloc with China.

During the talks with Dutch Foreign Minister Vopke Hoekstra, Qin Gang noted that the Celestial Empire seeks to expand cooperation with the Netherlands. The head of Chinese diplomacy called for joint efforts to counter climate change, stabilize international production and sales chains, and support an integrated and open model of global trade.

His interlocutor noted that the Netherlands is ready to intensify contacts with China at all levels, deepen trade and economic ties, cooperate in the areas of arms control, nuclear nonproliferation and combating climate change. Also, Vopke Hoekstra invited China to the UN Conference on Water Resources, co-chaired by the Netherlands this year.

IMF analysts expect strong growth of the Chinese economy this year
China's economic growth by the end of 2023 will be 5.2%. At the same time, China's share in the total volume of global economic growth will be about 30%. Such forecasts were shared by experts of the International Monetary Fund. One of the reasons for optimism was the recent recovery of the Chinese economy against the background of easing anti-bullying measures and a sharp increase in consumer activity during the Spring Holiday season.

Firstly, China is the largest sales market. Secondly, it plays a key role in the production of goods. Already now we see positive signals in the dynamics of consumption."
According to experts, the balance of supply and demand in the Chinese market will help China avoid inflation as a result of increased consumption. However, Europe and America may face higher energy prices.

This means that the pressure on the cost of energy will become even higher. Prices on the world market are very volatile. They can easily take off if a large buyer returns."
Analysts also expect that this year China will try to support the falling real estate market. This will accelerate the recovery of the Chinese economy.

Leading Chinese companies are receiving more and more orders from abroad
The largest industrial enterprises and other companies in different regions of China are using new approaches to developing production and increasing the customer base abroad. This helps to increase the volume of orders from foreign organizations.

On the one hand, our company is exploring the markets of Europe, South and North America. On the other hand, it launches a fundamentally new product. We are focusing on expanding our presence in Southeast Asia and achieving good results."

During the Spring Festival, Chinese enterprises continued to strengthen business ties with foreign partners, sending more and more products to the European and American markets.

Forbidden City Museum Complex to open new branch in Beijing
Beijing's Gugong Museum, known worldwide as the Forbidden City, is preparing to expand. In two years, a new branch in the north-western part of the capital will enter the complex. Its opening will be timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the museum. Construction of the building began at the end of December last year. There will be 12 exhibition halls with a total area of 35 thousand square meters.

Therefore, they can be exhibited only in certain seasons. Our new building is well suited for the demonstration of such objects."

The Gugun Museum houses almost two million cultural relics. However, due to the limited area, the Forbidden City can exhibit no more than 10 thousand exhibits per year. After the expansion of the complex, their number will be increased two to three times.
