CSTO organizes exercises on the territory of Central Asian countries

In CSTO will conduct exercises in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in 2022.


The countries members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will hold joint exercises in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in the second half of 2022. This was stated by the head of the CSTO Joint Staff, Colonel-General Anatoly Sidorov.


“If we talk about 2022, then   we planned almost all joint operational and combat training activities on the territory of the Central Asian states: and in  Kazakhstan, and in Kyrgyzstan, and in Tajikistan,  said   said an interview to the Russia-24 TV channel, published on Monday on the website of the CSTO Joint Headquarters.


“I think it’s unlikely that something will affect, interfere. Joint exercises will be held there in the second half of the year," Sidorov added.
