The elephant washes 3 times a day and plays music

In India, an ancient temple is home to a musical elephant with a haircut by a trendy barber.
In India, there is probably only one temple elephant with a fashionable hairstyle on its head. We are talking about an elephant living in the temple of the Vaishnavas Rajagopalaswami in the state of Tamil Nadu, in the city of Mannargudi.
Pilgrim:
"We came here with our baby for the first time. Actually, I came to the Rajagopalaswami temple mainly to see this elephant. I have never seen an elephant with this hairstyle before. I came with my family and we are very happy to be here."
Boneshwari, the pilgrim:
"This slinga Sengamalam has such a super hairdo! And she is so wonderful trumpets with its trunk! I came to this temple and many more people came to see the elephant. And how musically she trumpets!"
The temple was built in the 10th century AD. It has been expanded several times. It holds 6 puja rituals daily. There are also 3 annual holidays in the local religious calendar. One of them is the 18-day Panguni Brahmotsavam in honor of Krishna.
