More than 2,500 musicians from all over the country will play on 100 stages during the night.
The largest music festival in the Urals, Ural Music Night, will be held in Yekaterinburg on June 23, 2023. It is planned that more than 2.5 thousand musicians will perform at it, the organizers said.
"Ural Music Night is the largest music festival in Russia. In 2023, we will meet on June 23 at the ninth annual "Ural Music Night". <...> More than 2,500 musicians from all over the country will play on 100 stages during the night," the message says.
According to the organizers, artists will be able to apply for participation in the festival until March 5. "Each received application will be evaluated by five experts — representatives of the music industry. These are festival organizers, journalists, publishers, presenters, promoters, producers, representatives of concert venues and labels," the organizers noted.
Earlier, information about the possible holding of the festival in June appeared in local media, but the organizers did not confirm it.
Ural Music Night has been held in Yekaterinburg since 2015, it is the largest one-day music festival in Russia. Traditionally, almost all directions of music are presented at it — from classical, jazz, funk, ethnic and folk music, rock, indie, pop music, electronics to metal and urban chanson.
