As Turkmenportal emphasizes, the Green List ”applies specifically to the places from which passengers arrived in the UAE, and not to citizenship. For those arriving from other states not included in the list, it is necessary not only to pass a PCR test, but also to undergo a mandatory 12-day quarantine.

In addition, the Ministry of Health and Prevention of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi officially approved the Russian vaccine « Sputnik V”, now it is included in the list of vaccines with which entry is allowed. 48 hours prior to entry, tourists are required to complete the Register Arrivals Form, to which a certificate of vaccination is attached.
