A register of vaccinated citizens will appear in Turkmenistan

Within the framework of the Russian Experts for International Development program, expert Anatoly Lavrov is assisting the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan in creating an electronic register of people vaccinated against COVID-19. This is reported by the official website of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ashgabat.

The electronic register will help the Ministry to determine the level of immunization of the population and plan the supply of vaccines, the source notes.

The database of Russian experts for international development was created for the project “ Knowledge management and capacity development in the framework of the partnership between Russia and the United Nations Development Program of the Russia-UNDP Trust Fund for Development funded by the federal budget of Russia. The project is being implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

Earlier, the press center of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, reporting on the vaccination procedure in the country, noted that the necessary stock of preventive vaccines against COVID-19. In addition, representatives of the department announced the continuation of work to cover the population with preventive anti-covid vaccinations.
