Experts told which countries Russians most often searched for air tickets.

Over the past 10 days, Russians have most frequently searched for flights to Turkey, Uzbekistan and Armenia. This is stated in the results of a study of the travel planning service OneTwoTrip, which is at the disposal of TASS. Experts have analyzed customer search data since mid-March.

“Last week, more and more Russian airlines gradually resumed flights to a number of countries after the March 8 suspension. Among the foreign destinations in which, since March 14, Russians most often searched for air tickets, Turkey is in the lead (the share of search queries is 17.6%), Uzbekistan (12.3%) and Armenia (10.5%). They also often consider flights to Kyrgyzstan (6.7%), Azerbaijan (5.25%), Kazakhstan (4.3%), Tajikistan (4.1%), UAE (3.2%), Georgia (2.5%). %) and Israel (2.2%),” the company said.

These destinations, with the exception of Georgia, are operated by direct flights from major Russian cities, including by domestic companies. For example, you can fly to Yerevan not only on Armenian airlines, but also on new Aeroflot flights. It is possible to get to Georgia only with transfers in Istanbul, Minsk or Yerevan, OneTwoTrip explained.

Experts also analyzed the cost of air tickets and found out that among these destinations, trips to Armenia will be the most budgetary in March-April. The average cost of a one-way ticket from Moscow to Yerevan is 19,000 rubles. You can go to Dushanbe for 22.2 thousand rubles, to Istanbul - for 39.8 thousand rubles.

At the same time, the simplest entry rules for Russians are in Turkey, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Georgia. All of these countries can be traveled with a negative PCR test or full vaccination certificate, including Sputnik V, the company added.
