"We expect the opening of a water transport route that will connect Turkmenbashi with Makhachkala and Astrakhan. The opening of the route and its regular schedule are of great importance for shippers. This issue has been being worked out for several years, and the task set by the country's leadership will be completed in the near future," he said.
