The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation visited the exhibition of digital projects in Alma-Ata



Mikhail Mishustin visited the exhibition in Alma-Ata as part of the Digital Almaty Forum.
Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin in Alma-Ata visited the exhibition of digital projects, which takes place within the framework of the annual International Digital Forum Digital Almaty 2023.
Digital Almaty 2023 is the largest online event with the participation of business representatives, international experts, the IT community, government agencies and the media. The Forum has been held annually since 2018 and is an important platform for discussing topical issues of the digital agenda, including within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
In particular, the exhibition presents projects of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, stands of country technoparks from Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
Among other things, Mishustin was told about the projects of the international technopark Astana Hub and the park of innovative technologies Tech Garden. The Prime Minister also asked the service developers about Kazakhstan's experience in using and storing biometric data. Mishustin, in particular, was interested in how easily citizens go to collect this data. In addition, students of the Academy of Robotics of Kazakhstan demonstrated robot competitions to Mishustin.
Together with the Prime Minister of Russia, the heads of government of the EAEU countries, who arrived in Alma-Ata to participate in the meeting of the Intergovernmental Council of the Association, also got acquainted with the projects presented at the exhibition.
