As previously reported by a source of the Kommersant newspaper in the Ministry of Transport, the company plans to start operating flights to Antalya from December 23.

The low-cost airline Pobeda will begin flights to Turkey, the press service of the carrier told reporters.

Pobeda confirms plans to start flights to Turkey. The airline is constantly considering different directions for the development of the route network," the company noted.

Earlier on Monday, the Kommersant newspaper reported that the carrier had submitted an application to the Federal Air Transport Agency to launch daily flights to Antalya at the end of December, and the company is also considering launching flights to Istanbul. According to the newspaper's source in the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the company plans to start operating flights to Antalya from December 23.

Since the spring of this year, the low-cost airline has completely suspended flights abroad against the background of international sanctions and related recommendations of the Federal Air Transport Agency. Currently, Pobeda operates flights from foreign destinations only to Minsk from St. Petersburg three times a week, but from October 28 it plans to start flights from Moscow as well.
