The international exhibition "Innoprom" may be held in Astana in 2023

The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan noted that this year the republic has become an official partner of the Innoprom-2022 exhibition.

The Kazakh authorities expect to hold the international exhibition "Innoprom" in Astana in October 2023. This was announced on Monday by the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the republic following the meeting of the head of the department Kairbek Uskenbayev with the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Alexey Gruzdev.

"The parties discussed the issues of holding the international industrial exhibition Innoprom in Kazakhstan. The Innoprom exhibition has traditionally been held in Yekaterinburg since 2010. The large-scale event is a promising platform for the development of trade and economic relations, the opening of new sales markets, the search for partners, customers and suppliers and the global exchange of experience. During the meeting, Kairbek Uskenbayev noted that the organization of the international exhibition is scheduled for October next year," the message reads.

Uskenbayev also recalled that this year Kazakhstan has become an official partner of the Innoprom-2022 exhibition. "At the site of the Kazakhstan exposition with an area of 1,600 sq. m. more than 200 companies from the chemical, pharmaceutical industry, non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, mechanical engineering, construction industry and light industry are located here. We have accumulated a lot of experience, and now we have a goal to hold such an event in the capital of our country," the minister said.

In turn , Alexey Gruzdev expressed readiness to provide maximum support in organizing the event. "The parties intend to continue working with manufacturing enterprises that intend to participate in the exhibition," the press service of the Kazakh ministry said.
