EDB placed bonds for 20 billion tenge

The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) has once again successfully placed an issue of bonds in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE) with a total volume of 20 billion tenge.

“In February this year, the Bank held a series of negotiations and meetings with potential investors in Kazakhstan, as a result of which it decided to carry out the first placement of its bonds this year. The total nominal volume of placed bonds with a maturity of three years amounted to 20 billion tenge, the coupon rate at which the orders of buyers were executed was 9.70% per annum,” reads a message published on the EDB website.
