February 27, 2023 at the headquarters of the Assembly of Peoples of Eurasia in Moscow (Russia) Secretary General of the Assembly of Peoples of Eurasia Andrey Belyaninov met with Deputy Governors of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra Alexey Zabozlaev, Roman Genkel and Director of the Department of Information Technology and Digital Development of KhMAO By Pavel Tsiporin.
At the meeting, Roman Genkel was handed a Power of Attorney of the Head The representative offices of the Assembly in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra (Russia), which he headed.
The parties discussed the prospects of cooperation and agreed on the implementation of bilateral and multilateral agreements in the cultural, educational, analytical, research fields, as well as in the organization and holding of conferences, seminars, festivals, exhibitions and other cultural, humanitarian and business events.
