The delegation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly will take part in the upcoming IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum (SPbIFF 2020) on November 12-14.

The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly will hold a panel discussion with the participation of a pool of international experts from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Gambia, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, France and other countries. The topic of the discussion is "Cultural and spiritual foundations of international public relations".

What can unite the world community today in the face of constantly emerging global threats? What is the role of culture in shaping a secure international agenda? How are the culture of relations and the future of civilization interrelated? These and other issues are planned to be discussed at the site "Cultural and spiritual foundations of international public relations", initiated by the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.

The prospects for the future of the world can no longer be decided by individual civil and legal institutions. They require the involvement of figures of culture, science, art, broad sections of the world community who are not indifferent to the spiritual and moral state of society. The formation of a sustainable, proactive, cultural community is a planetary necessity and a guarantee of the further development of mankind. Culture, as a spiritual heritage that guarantees the sustainable development of civilization, is the basis of the life of all peoples and nations, a guarantee of the stability of international relations. Positive living conditions are a consequence of the spiritual culture of society. The commonwealth of peoples on the basis of culture can become a new evolutionary form of self-organization of the world community.
