The Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Republic of Bashkortostan has joined the Russian volunteer movement, in which caring citizens and organizations help the elderly, people with limited mobility , who are in voluntary quarantine for coronavirus in Russia.

“We understand that during the pandemic and self-isolation there are not enough people who are ready to provide free assistance to those in need. And we are happy to provide such support. Most of the members of the Assembly's representation who have joined the volunteer movement can travel by car and quickly process applications. We hope this will make the response to requests for help even more effective,” said Dmitry Trapeznikov, Executive Secretary of the Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in the Republic of Bashkortostan, who is also among the volunteers.

Before starting work, 14 members of the Representative Office of the Assembly completed a volunteer training and received certificates.
