International Public Committee "WIN TOGETHER" held the first meeting

On July 6, 2021, the first organizational meeting of the International Public Committee "WIN TOGETHER" was held, the main purpose of which is to prepare and conduct a set of events aimed at preserving the historical and spiritual lessons of the greatest tragedy of the 20th century - World War II and the Great Patriotic War.


To achieve its goals, the committee will contribute to the disclosure of unknown and little studied pages of the history of the war, develop intercultural cooperation to preserve the heritage of peoples in the victory over fascism, Nazism and militarism, including resistance movements in Europe and Asia.

At the first organizational meeting Historians, political scientists, writers, scientists, public figures from Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, France and other countries, whose activities are consonant with the goals and objectives of the IOC "WIN TOGETHER", took part. The participants presented their proposals and initiatives for further joint activities.

Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrey Belyaninov welcomed the audience and expressed hope for constructive results of the committee's activities. The First Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Svetlana Smirnova delivered an opening speech. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, President of the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio Valery Ruzin.

The main activities of the International Public Committee "WIN TOGETHER" were approved:

1. Preservation of historical truth and opposition attempts to falsify the results of the Second World War:

a) inventory of all military memorial objects located on the territory of European states, compilation of a register of military memorial objects (including memorial objects of the countries of the anti-Hitler coalition dedicated to the victory over Nazism) ;

b) systematic work to compile and replenish the lists of Soviet soldiers who died and went missing on the territory of European countries;

c) the inclusion of all military memorial objects in the list of objects protected by the state, and the most significant - in the list of objects protected by UNESCO.

2. Creation of a system of international public

3. Recognition of the actions of Nazi Germany as genocide and public condemnation of Nazi crimes against peace and humanity.

The second edition of Yegor Yakovlev's book "War of Annihilation" was presented : origins, idea, embodiment. The monograph contains sensational documents and materials from Russian and foreign archives, revealing the reconstruction of the plan of the Nazi genocide, which matured on the eve of Hitler's invasion of the Soviet Union. They are already partially presented within the documentary cycle "Genocide . Plan of the Reich. Publications will continue on the project website “Nuremberg. The Beginning of the World”.

The IOC “WIN TOGETHER” is an integral part of the megaproject of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly “Immortal Memory”. The founder of the committee is the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, the co-founders are the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio and the Digital History Research Foundation.
