Assembly and Indian Diaspora sign agreement

On February 26, 2021, an agreement on cooperation was signed between the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia" and the Regional Public Organization Association of Indians "Indian Diaspora".

The parties agreed to promote the development of international relations on the basis of multifaceted cooperation and cultural values; hold joint events, including forums, scientific and practical conferences, round tables, meetings, seminars, discussion platforms; exchange experience, provide organizational and informational support to each other.

The agreement was signed by General Secretary of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrey Belyaninov and President of the Association of Indians "Indian Diaspora" Matharu Harjinder Singh .

The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Assembly in Moscow. It was attended by Dr. Shakir Rather, who presented Andrei Belyaninov from the "Indian Diaspora" with a letter of thanks for his contribution to the development and strengthening of relations between Russia and India. Also, the Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly was awarded a medal from the Association of Indians "Indian Diaspora". The partners' meeting ended with a friendly tea party with a cake specially made for the signing of the agreement.
